Interested in bringing your food truck or stand to Cowtown Days? We’re looking for a variety of food vendors to offer unique, high-quality menu options to our festival attendees. Spaces are limited, and we carefully select vendors to ensure a diverse range of food choices with minimal duplication.

If you're approved, you’ll receive an email and an invoice for your vendor fee. If not selected, we’ll notify you via email. Apply today to secure your chance to serve hungry festival-goers!

By submitting this interest form, I am confirming the following:

I acknowledge that I must provide proof of Vendor insurance.
I understand that I will receive an invoice only if my application is approved, and payment is due upon acceptance.
I understand that I must set up at both days of the event (Friday evening & Saturday, 5/2-5/3).
I understand that if I selected the Horseshoe Electric Food Vendor Option I will have to leave my food truck over night in the Horseshoe.
I understand that failure to set up for both days of the event may result in being banned from future Baxter Springs Chamber of Commerce events.
I understand that the Baxter Springs Chamber of Commerce has the right to refuse any vendor to set up at this event.
